Customer satisfaction Survey doesn't work with old email notification template

      Customer Notifications will be available in new releases which eliminates the need for this dark feature:

      Summary

      JIRA Service Desk allows to disable the new email notification template by enabling this dark feature:

      sd.email.conversational.notification.disabled

      By doing this, JIRA Service Desk will use the old email notification template; however, Satisfaction Survey stops working.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to <JIRA_URL>/SiteDarkFeatures!default.jspa
      2. Add this dark feature to disable the new email notification template:

        sd.email.conversational.notification.disabled

      3. Enable Satisfaction Survey from Project Settings
      4. Create a request and resolve it
      5. Check email notification

      Expected Result

      Satisfaction Survey is sent with the email

      Actual Result

      Satisfaction Survey is missing

      Workaround

      Disable the dark feature enabled in step 2 above
