      Summary

      The new feature of https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/SERVICEDESKCLOUD/2016/01/08/Improved+My+Requests+page allow customers a more define search. However, a user will have to perform a search for every different ticket the customer wants to find. This would be tedious if

      • It is common to raise a lot of issues (around 10 per day)
      • Involved in many different Service Desk projects
