As a customer I would like to filter my requests by real status (not only open/closed) so I can more easily find request that are waiting for my actions.

Hi, Jira Experts,
I encountered this issue in Customer Portal - "Open" status icon in different color will appear under different filtered list. Which makes user very confused.
1) Blue color "Open" icon under "Open Requests" list
2) Green color "Open" icon under "Close requests" list
