Forget Username option for Service Desk

      Problem Definition

      Today in Service Desk we have only the "Forgot Password" option. However, JIRA's ForgotLoginDetails.jsp page has forget password as well as "forget username", but this is not being used by Service Desk.

      Suggested Solution

      It would be great if we can have the same "Forget Username" option in Service Desk as well.
