      Problem Definition

      When a Service Desk Customer login to the portal, the customer does not have access to public issues.

      Suggested Solution

      Allow Service Desk Customers to view public issues in JIRA projects

      Workaround

      Log out as the Service Desk Customer and access the public issues without logging in.
