steps to reproduce
- create a Service Desk with different Customer Request Types for (at least) two Issue Types;
- create a Service Desk ticket with Issue type A - it'll have a relevant Customer Request Type assigned to it;
- edit the Issue Type.
Expected result: Customer Request Type is updated accordingly with the Issue Type.
Actual result: Customer Request Type stays the same.
