Changing Issue Type does not update the Customer Request Type

      steps to reproduce
      1. create a Service Desk with different Customer Request Types for (at least) two Issue Types;
      2. create a Service Desk ticket with Issue type A - it'll have a relevant Customer Request Type assigned to it;
      3. edit the Issue Type.

      Expected result: Customer Request Type is updated accordingly with the Issue Type.
      Actual result: Customer Request Type stays the same.
