Ability to remove by default the signature when the Agent respond to the Customer

      As in JIRA Service Desk 3.0, it was added a few smarts to make JSD pre-populate the comment section of an issue when an agent responds to a customer, it would be nice if you could customize that message or even remove it by default (So it won't be necessary to erase it every time you respond back to the customers).
