When the customer looks at his request, it would be helpfull if the overview also contains the ticket number, a lot of customers who use the portal tend to know ticket numbers and can quickly open the right one that way.

May I ask if this is in relation to the My Requests page within the Customer Portal?
The ticket number is shown on the Request Details, but currently not on the My Requests. If that is the suggestion, I believe that this is a duplicate of
JSD-1777, and therefore I would recommend voting for and watching that issue for updates.Regards
