It would be nice if all the attachments of an Issue are displayed at the sidebar in the Customer Portal, maybe as a list. So the customer would be able to see quickly all the attachments. It would also be good if he has the possibility to download all the attachments as a zip-file.

            Hi Michael,

Your problem can be solved by our app Extension for Jira Service Desk. We have got a special option: Show Attachments. It allows to list all attachments, which are shared with customer, and download them in ZIP file. You can read more about it in our documentation: https://deviniti.com/support/addon/server/extension/latest/show-attachments/

Of course, only the attachments which are visible for the customer should be displayed.

Personally I don't think the attachments should all be visible by default.

Rather control which ones are available and which ones aren't, in case your intention is to attach something for internal purposes
