Help Center Logo is not changing

      NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

      When changing the logo from Help Center, for some logos after saving changes it come back for the previously one.
      This is not happening for all images and I could find the reason why some of them worked and other don't. Exemple of image that is not working is attached.

      It seems to be an issue with monochromatic images. If the image has at least one non-white pixel the upload will work.
