When setting an automated rule using the SLA breach event, it fails some times.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Configure an Automation to Transition issues when the SLA is breached like the example:

Expected Result: All issues are transitioned when SLA is breached
Actual: Some issues are not transitioned at 0:00 when SLA is breached.
A search for issues with the SLA column will show many issues in 0:00 but some of them with negative numbers that would mean that the Transition didn't occur in time.

[JSDSERVER-2083] SLA breach event is not triggered intermittently

This appears appears to be caused by JSD-3682, and should therefore be rectified once that fix is released.
