When setting an automated rule using the SLA breach event, it fails some times.
Steps to reproduce:
Expected Result: All issues are transitioned when SLA is breached
Actual: Some issues are not transitioned at 0:00 when SLA is breached.
A search for issues with the SLA column will show many issues in 0:00 but some of them with negative numbers that would mean that the Transition didn't occur in time.

This appears appears to be caused by
JSD-3682, and should therefore be rectified once that fix is released.Regards
