Just playing around with SLAs in JIRA for the first time. We have a lower volume service desk and I wanted to set the default goal to 2 days. I tried 2d but it said no thanks. Obviously I can use 48h but if I had a particular request type I wanted to be 7 or 14 days that's going to get annoying really fast.
