Though now 'Closed', this issue doesn't appear to have been fixed in Server - it is marked as a duplicate of issue
JSD-1743but that issue (also not resolved) is for the Cloud version.This would be a very desireable feature and one that has been requested by a number of our customers - please reconsider implementing a solution to provide this functionality in the customer portal - it is only partially useful if only an option for agents.
