As a JSD admin, I want my requestors to specify a due date, and for the SLA to count down to then. This should be based on Due Date field, or another customfield of Date / Date Time type. For example:
Bobby files a request with a due date of April 30th 5pm on April 1st 2PM. The SLA at creation would be 29 days and 3 hours, and would count down from there.
