Issue Summary
When adding an attachment via Agent View with no comment entered, the attachment does not become visible in the Customer Portal
This is a reoccurrence of JSDSERVER-6706 (Fixed versions: 4.5.4 and 4.8.0)
Steps to Reproduce
- In the UI (Agent View), click on the Comment box, then drag and drop an attachment to the issue
- It sometimes opens the comment pop-up with the attachment to click on Share with customer/internally, but the bug only happens when this pop-up doesn't show, and the attachment gets automatically uploaded
Expected Results
The Activity tab shows 'user XXX added a comment', and the file is visible in the Customer Portal view
Actual Results
The Activity tab shows 'user XXX made changes', and the file is missing from the Customer Portal view
