Problem Desription
To allow Service Desk Admin to customize the text / custom fields / links in the Public Sign-up Page/Email Form.
Different companies have different preference over what information is needed from the customer
A certain subset of users will inadvertently glance over the details and when/if that happens, there is no way to proactively prevent them from clicking the wrong link (restart sign up vs continue sign up).

Ideally, the continue sign up link would be first and foremost and the restart the sign up link would be smaller at the end of the message.

We have recently migrated to the cloud and this feature is a must for use now. Users are entering many different name configurations, last, first - first, last - just last - just first and we have now way to enforce a standard which is causing issues for our agents.
