As an JSM Admin, I want the ability to customize the text, custom fields and link in the Self Sign-up notification

      Problem Desription

      To allow Service Desk Admin to customize the text / custom fields / links in the Public Sign-up Page/Email Form.
      Different companies have different preference over what information is needed from the customer
      A certain subset of users will inadvertently glance over the details and when/if that happens, there is no way to proactively prevent them from clicking the wrong link (restart sign up vs continue sign up).

      Suggested Solution

      Allow customization of this email, just like how the invitation email can be customized.
