      As a member of a service desk team I want to attach a document at an issue from one customer, that the customer can download this document from the customer portal.

            I can't believe this essential feature is not available in JSD. Being able to share an attachment from an Agent to a Customer is a fundamental requirement of a Service Desk.

            When you attach an attachment to share with the customer the attachment isn't visible to the customer.

            Basically when you attach a file from the service desk to the customer, customers are not able to view the files, very critical and a must have for any service desk.

            Hopefully this will correct an issue we have with customers not being able to see their own attachments in the customer ticket view while the attachments show in the Jira issue view.
