As a member of a service desk team I want to attach a document at an issue from one customer, that the customer can download this document from the customer portal.

Hello!
I agree this feature would be super helpful. The usage scenario is to have file that can be downloaded from a form - instruction, invitation or any other info that is useful and needed to our customer. Now my team is using add-on called Smart Jira Forms, there is a possibility to add embed element inside form builder so we are using this possibility to attach google doc and images.
