      As a member of a service desk team I want to attach a document at an issue from one customer, that the customer can download this document from the customer portal.

            I agree this feature would be super helpful. The usage scenario is to have file that can be downloaded from a form - instruction, invitation  or any other info that is useful and needed to our customer. Now my team is using add-on called Smart Jira Forms, there is a possibility to add embed element inside form builder so we are using this possibility to attach google doc and images.

            When you attach an attachment to share with the customer the attachment isn't visible to the customer.

            Basically when you attach a file from the service desk to the customer, customers are not able to view the files, very critical and a must have for any service desk.

            Hopefully this will correct an issue we have with customers not being able to see their own attachments in the customer ticket view while the attachments show in the Jira issue view.
