Display Jira Cloud Assets in Confluence DC using asset macro

      Problem

      The customer is looking to display JSM Cloud asset data in Confluence DC using asset macro. * Display of asset data from JSM DC to Confluence DC works.

      • Display of asset data from JSM cloud to Confluence DC does not work.

      The asset macro from Confluence DC is trying to reach the below endpoint in Jira ( both cloud and DC)
      <BaseUrlofJira>rest/insight/1.0/objectschema/list * The above JSM DC to Confluence DC endpoint works fine and fetches the object schema list, but with JSM cloud, it fails.

       
      I have replicated the issue between JSM Cloud to Confluence DC
      JSM DC to Confluence DC 

      • Created on-prem confluence and Jira/JSM .
      • Created object schema in JSM

      • Confluence assets table using asset macro :

      • The on-prem- integration works fine with Jira asset and Confluence.

      JSM CLOUD  to Confluence DC  

      • On-prem Confluence has been linked to Jira cloud

      • Confluence to Jira - application Tunneled link

       

      • In Confluence DC Assest macro linked to Jira cloud
