Problem
The customer is looking to display JSM Cloud asset data in Confluence DC using asset macro. * Display of asset data from JSM DC to Confluence DC works. 
- Display of asset data from JSM cloud to Confluence DC does not work.
The asset macro from Confluence DC is trying to reach the below endpoint in Jira ( both cloud and DC)
<BaseUrlofJira>rest/insight/1.0/objectschema/list * The above JSM DC to Confluence DC endpoint works fine and fetches the object schema list, but with JSM cloud, it fails.
I have replicated the issue between JSM Cloud to Confluence DC
JSM DC to Confluence DC
- Created on-prem confluence and Jira/JSM .
- Created object schema in JSM
- Confluence assets table using asset macro :
- The on-prem- integration works fine with Jira asset and Confluence.
JSM CLOUD to Confluence DC
- On-prem Confluence has been linked to Jira cloud
- Confluence to Jira - application Tunneled link
- In Confluence DC Assest macro linked to Jira cloud
- Jira cloud asset:
- Confluence asset macro is calling this rest call to get object schema and is unable to get a response, the current response is 404
- It looks like the on-prem to Jira cloud OBject schema list is not working.
- On-prem works fine with the same URI
