            Hi,

any news on this issue? We are still experiencing the problem I described above in JSD 2.5.4 (server) and it prevents our customers from describing complex problems in a agent-friendly well readable manner.

            Best regards,
            Christoph

            Hi,

As we don't have incoming email enabled, we only experience a problem with broken images in the description as described in JSD-2208 (affects version 2.5.3 (server) too):

            Steps to Reproduce:

            Create a new Service Desk.
Configure a request type to allow attachment.
Create an issue from customer portal and attach an image.
Use the wiki renderer to notation for attaching an image to add the image

            Expected Result
Service Desk would show the attached image and render the image in the description once done.

            Actual Result
Image is attached and can be seen in attachment however the image is not rendered in both JIRA and customer portal showing up simply as

Hope you can fix that soon.

            Thanks in advance,
            Christoph

Hiya! Any updates on when this Feature would be fixed soon? At the Moment, it makes the visuality of the email imported Messages rather unfriendly. It is very difficult to tag the description of the Problems to the Screenshots. Naturally, especially difficult when customers attach multiple Screen shots wihin the message.
            Thanks and cheers!
