      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      It would be nice to be able to include the "Request participants" field into the Customer Portal screens. This would be used in a similar way to how Atlassian is currently using the "CC" field in their support form.

      This field is not currently available to be added in the screens of the Customer Portal.
