      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Please make the service desk, especially the screens which are displayed to the customer more configurable. This is one of the strengths of JIRA, which should be standard for all Atlassian products.

      In detail:
      + Configurable fields (which should be displayed)
      + Size of the icons and texts (for many issues this is much too big)
      + Views (like all issues for a company / customer) or only issues I have reported...

            Customers can't see work log

            As things currently stand (in JSD-JIRA 7.1.0-OD-04-012) it's impossible to allow customer to see the data input by the agent using the standard JIRA "Log Work" feature. This is rather unfortunate as the customer might very well be interested in this data, including the time management aspect of things.
