In the view issue page, there is a section of Service Desk Request that shows the information of Request type, Customer status, and Channel. Currently it's not possible to retrieve list of issues based on Channel in issue navigator using JQL.
It'll be great to be able to search issues based on Channel to differentiate issues created from JIRA or customer portal.

In the database, the following query only lists down the issues created from "Portal"
