Currently I have to enter holidays for each service calendar.
Normally the holidays apply to a country/time zone and can be applied to various service calendars.
Currently I have to enter the holidays every time I create a service calendar.
Thus, the holidays calendar(s) should be entered separately from the service calendars and there should be a function to link a holiday calendar to a service calendar.

[JSDSERVER-1251] Holiday calendar should be separated from Service hours

            Hi Lingbo,
I'm talking about the calendars that are defined when setting up the SLAs.
Normally you have one calendar per location / service desk team or client (location).
I'd like to define the calendars centrally and give them a name, e.g. "Service Desk Calendar Switzerland" or "Service Desk Calendar Portugal".
This calendar should be referenced by the SLA. Whenever the calendar has to be updated (that has to be done every year in Europe) it has to be done only at one place an not in every SLA definition that uses this calendar.

            Hi Peter,

Thanks for the suggestion! Could you share more about what you mean by 'service calendars' in your setup? Do you have 1 calendar per project? Or multiple ones?

            Cheers,
            Lingbo
