Out of security reasons it would be important that we can filter traffic based on IP address. Meaning external users should only be able to access pages of the JIRA SD customer support page, users from internal IP should be able to view all pages.
Reason is that we use JIRA as bug tracker and agile tool and I do not want to open up this to hackers. If we now use JIRA SD which is external facing -> problem.
