      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      On support.atlassian.com we redirect the standard JIRA issue views to the Service Desk issue views for all customers which relies on customizations outside the Service Desk plugin.

      This request is to incorporate this functionality into the Service Desk plugin itself
