      With the popularity of dark mode, some email texts are sent in white, making the text invisible for the agents.

      Workaround

      There are 2 options:

      • Disable HTML parsing in Administration > Applications > Email requests
      • Create an automation rule to remove the color tag. For example, in Automation for Jira, we can create a rule to add a new comment with the text in black instead:
