Problem

When creating a ticket/adding a comment by e-mail, and using HTML markup with the text color value in white, and the background in a different color (e.g. black), the wiki markup will only handle the text color, hence, the text will be invisible since the default background color is white.

Suggestion

The wiki markup should support background color change, or maybe not convert white text color from the HTML markup.
