When JSD is activated for a project, clicking from one issue to another in the detailed filter view doesn't refresh when using IE11. F5 must be hit to force the screen to update and show the issue détails.

      This bug doesn't occur with projets w/o JSD activated.
      This bug doesn't occur with Chrome.

      Regards.

            [JSDSERVER-1201] Detailed filter view working improperly with IE11

            Thanks @Eric Gemme!

            We are planning on moving to JIRA 7 / Service Desk 3 later this year but we'll need to do a bit of planning and testing first. I just wanted to see if there was an interim (JIRA 6.4.11+ / Service Desk 2.4.3+) updates I could install in the interim to solve this quicker.
            We've also got Firefox installed, so we have a workaround for now.

            Thanks for your help!

            @Frank Latino,

            I can't remember exactly which release fixed this issue as we move forward quite quickly as they come out. What I can tell, is as of JIRA SOFTWARE 7.1 with SERVICE DESK 3.1, this bug doesn't occur anymore. If I recover well, I would say it IE start working correctly at the release of JIRA SOFTWARE 7.0 and SERVICE DESK 3.0 which all together changed a lot of little cosmetic things in JIRA.

            This issue is marked as done, but I'm unsure as to which version this bug was fixed. We are running JIRA 6.4.11 and JSD 2.4.3. We'll eventually be upgrading to JIRA 7 and Service Desk 3, but we also use IE 11 as our enterprise browser our Windows machines.

            This bug does not occur with the 'customer-portal-web-panel' module disabled of the JIRA Service Desk plugin. Disabling that single module can be used an alternative temporary workaround.

            As a company we are switching to IE 11 as our standard browser. This bug is directly affects our user's day to day experience and significantly slows down users load times.
