To Replicate

1. Using Internet Explorer 11
2. Open up issue navigator. Maybe Issues drop down menu >> Search for issues(When number of issues are more than 5)
3. Try to select issue Keys from the left panel for several times

Expected Behavior

Issue's detail will be shown on the right panel as you keep selecting different issues

Actual Behavior

As you are selecting several issues, the right panel won't be refreshed to show the details of the issues.
