Issue Summary

When clicking the ADD Comment button of a JSM issue, instead of opening a pop window or simply opening the comment box below, JSM is redirecting to a new window with a different URL such as http://localhost:8510/j510/secure/AddComment!default.jspa?id=10037

Steps to Reproduce

Open any JSM issue
Click on the Add Comment button

Expected Results

Actual Results

Workaround

Instead of clicking the Add Comment button, simply click on the comment box to type the comments. Screen Recording 2022-08-22 at 19.18.04.mov
