The Add Comment button on issues redirects to a different comment page

      Issue Summary

      When clicking the ADD Comment button of a JSM issue, instead of opening a pop window or simply opening the comment box below, JSM is redirecting to a new window with a different URL such as http://localhost:8510/j510/secure/AddComment!default.jspa?id=10037

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open any JSM issue
      2. Click on the Add Comment button

      Expected Results

      Workaround
