Description
After the introdution of Service Desk 2.0 it is no longer possible to restrict comments by role or group as it is hardcoded to collaborators and agents.
Together with JSD-1019, JSD-40, JSD-270 and JSD-86 this prevents many of our customers from using Service Desk 2.0, as giving customers direct JIRA access is the only way to work around those issues.
