Description
Issue Summary
Moved ticket to ITSM project doesnt show in the specialised queues (Service Requests/Problems/Incidents/Changes)
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a service request
- Move to a different ITSM project
Expected Results
The service request to show in the correct queue
Actual Results
Service request doesn't show in the service request queue (only in general queue)
Description field box changes
Workaround
Edit the Customer request type, to force it to be recognized.
