After clearing the cache, everything is ok. Thanks!

            Nice one!

Had to clear the cache on some browsers and on some was just fine after refreshing the page.

            Thanks!

Can you try once again after clearing your browser cache?

Just tried a few minutes ago from Edge Chromium in Europe, the fix doesn't seem to work...

            Yes, needs a fix asap!

For some reason, everything works fine on Chrome for me, but I've tried Firefox and Opera and on both of those I experience the same problem as you.

I've managed to 'bypass' this by installing Sans Serif font, and in the browser settings, I've set the default font to be just that. It fixes the problem for your device, however, I agree that this should be fixed asap.

Yes it does not seem to matter if I am on a mac or windows or linux computer, using home network or work network, using chrome or safari or firefox or edge. The KB pages in Service Management are all missing CSS styling, even though Confluence KB clearly includes styling.

I have tried this in Google Chrome and Firefox, same results.

            Hey Nick!

Just a quick question - what browser are you using for viewing articles on the portal?

Hello, I am seeing the same issue for myself and I am in the US. The Editable article has the regular font but the published article is completely different font (second image). Seems like no formatting is being applied, even to the Note section. Please advise, thanks.

            1. First Image - editable version in confluence.

            2. Second Image - published version.

Same issue here as well, it also affects tables and other formatting tools. Everything looks correct while editing the articles in Confluence, but loses all CSS formatting when published to Jira Servicedesk as a knowledgebase article for the portal.

Same issues on our SD instance.

I should also mention that it is not just the text that is affected, the issue is that there is pretty much NO CSS styling as the iframe which the text loads within has no css and cannot inherit it from the main page. This might be an issue with the European CDN not reading and loading the styling, but asking EU customers to use VPN's to fix this issue is not really a great fix.

The portal looks like a design from 1990s. Please fix this issue asap.
