Issue Summary
Knowledge base articles are showing in Times New Roman for users in Europe.
If the user is in Europe, but connects to a VPN in the US, for example, it works fine.
The issue happens despite network, browser, OS.
Steps to Reproduce
- Access an article in the customer portal or on Project > Knowledge base
- It’s only possible to replicate if you are in Europe
Expected Results
It shows the article in the sans-serif font
Actual Results
The article’s content shows in Times New Roman
Workaround
Connect to a VPN based on another location
