Knowledge base articles are showing in Times New Roman for users in Europe

      Issue Summary

      Knowledge base articles are showing in Times New Roman for users in Europe. 

      If the user is in Europe, but connects to a VPN in the US, for example, it works fine. 

      The issue happens despite network, browser, OS.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1.  Access an article in the customer portal or on Project > Knowledge base
      2. It’s only possible to replicate if you are in Europe

      Expected Results

      It shows the article in the sans-serif font

      Actual Results

      The article’s content shows in Times New Roman

      Workaround

      Connect to a VPN based on another location

          Form Name

            Had to clear the cache on some browsers and on some was just fine after refreshing the page.

            Can you try once again after clearing your browser cache?

            Just tried a few minutes ago from Edge Chromium in Europe, the fix doesn't seem to work...

            For some reason, everything works fine on Chrome for me, but I've tried Firefox and Opera and on both of those I experience the same problem as you.

            I've managed to 'bypass' this by installing Sans Serif font, and in the browser settings, I've set the default font to be just that. It fixes the problem for your device, however, I agree that this should be fixed asap.

            Yes it does not seem to matter if I am on a mac or windows or linux computer, using home network or work network, using chrome or safari or firefox or edge. The KB pages in Service Management are all missing CSS styling, even though Confluence KB clearly includes styling.

            I have tried this in Google Chrome and Firefox, same results.
