Problem Statement
The customer is facing inconvenience as the users on the site are using the Create button on the top instead of the Raise a request button in the sidebar. As a result of this, the creation process is not going through the project request type process on the portal. Because of this, the ticket is not correctly configured to be shown on the portal of that project (to the customer).
Suggested Resolution
The option for the site admin to show or hide the Create button on top.
