Hi,
its important for us to be able to negotiate times by custom date / time fields. The original Due Date in JIRA is not enough cause we really hand date and time. VertygoSLA supported that by using a custom field and negotiate SLA timers against it. Would be great to have the sam feature in Service Desk too.
