Issue Summary
At the customer portal, users are able to submit a request before the attachment upload has been concluded
Steps to Reproduce
- Access Jira Service Desk portal
- Try to raise a request and upload a file along with the request
- Submit the request before the upload finishes up
Expected Results
- User should not be able to raise the request until the upload is finished up.
Actual Results
The ticket is created without the attachment
Notes
- To reproduce that try to upload large files so you can submit the request before the upload finishes up.
- If you try to upload a file after the ticket was created the comment button stays grayed out until the upload is finished.
