Non-image e-mail attachments that have an '@' symbol in the file name are not rendered in the comments section

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create an e-mail request attaching a non-image file with an '@' in the file name
      2. Observe the results

      Expected Results

      A clickable thumbnail that can be previewed and downloaded is added to the comments section.

      Actual Results

      An invalid link is added to the comments section.

      Additional Notes

      Even though the link in the comments is not valid, files are attached successfully and can be accessed in the old issue view (only available in Classic projects).

      Workaround

      Rename the file before creating the email request.
