      Summary

      Brackets [] on the file name does not render on the comment.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a txt file (or another type) with brackets on the name e.g. txtfile[brackets].txt
      2. Attach the file on the ticket and it will show [^txtfile[brackets].txt]

      Expected Results

      It shows a link for the customer to download on the portal.

      Actual Results

      It shows the [^txtfile[brackets].txt] only instead of a clickable link.

      Workaround

      Edit the file name and remove the brackets.
