Email attachments containing special characters for new requests do not render in the description

      Issue Summary

      Jira Service Desk fails to render a preview of the attachment in the description if the request was created by email and the attachment contains a special character such as ?.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a request in the service desk using email and include an attachment with a special character in the name (e.g ?)
      2. View the created request in Jira Service Desk

      Expected Results

      The request is created and contains the attachments and a preview of the attachments in the description.

      Actual Results

      The description fails to render a preview of the attachment as it will try and use the original filename (with special character).

      Note:
      The attachment can be viewed from the comments section when viewing the request. The request is created and attachments are uploaded as expected. Attachments with filenames containing special characters are renamed to replace special characters with _. e.g. a file named my?attachment.png would be uploaded as an attachment to the created ticket as my_attachment.png

      Workaround

      Rename the attachment in the description.
