The email response sent to customers includes a dead/inaccessible link (see attached file)
Steps to repro:
- Agent attaches an image to the issue
- Agent references the image inline in a comment using ! notation
- Agent posts comment.
- OK behavior comment is correctly rendered in Jira
- Bug email sent to customer contains dead link:
