After configuring the new feature JSDCLOUD-1924 that allows adding trusted email domains to the allow list to ensure they aren't marked as spam, the email processing logs will first show any email from the whitelisted domain as Rejected, and then successfully processed in the very next attempt. Refer to the below screenshot:
Suggestion:
It is difficult to track if there is an email that was rejected and never processed.
This can sometimes confuse customers to identify genuine rejections, the emails that are genuinely Rejected due to valid reason Versus the rejections due to bulk/Jira/autoreply filters which are then successfully processed in the very next attempt if the domain is whitelisted.
So an option to not display Rejected emails processing logs if the same email is then processed successfully in the very next attempt will be helpful
