Summary
Recently, JSD release a new feature whereby customer able to add the domain to permitted domain list in email request configuration. This is to allow "bulk, auto-reply and etc" email that will be rejected by JSD email request. By adding the domain to the permitted list, it will get process successfully. However, now the permitted emails are logged twice if when they're picked up by the email request process filter

Steps to Reproduce
- Go to Project Settings > Email Request
- Click the three dots button > Managed Allow list
- Add the specific domain
- Send email from the domain with "Auto-Submitted" header.
Expected Results
Email get process successfully and from the email request log only shows one logged, which is successful.
Actual Results
Email get process successfully and a ticket created. However, from the email request logs, it shows two log which is one is successful and one failed.
