Raising a request on behalf of the customer should generate a notification with the "From" from the project's name and not agent's name

      Thank you for your feedback on this feature.

      We are marking this issue as closed because it is a duplicate of JSDCLOUD-3558 which has received more traction. We suggest voting and watch the ticket there as the source of truth.

      Problem

      When an agent goes to the portal to create a ticket on behalf of the customer, the Issue Created notification is sent with the "From" showing the agent who did this.

      Suggestion

      Send the notification with the project's name the same as when a customer creates a ticket in the portal.
