It would be very helpful if the customer organization feature could support a hierarchy.
We have customers that provide / resell our service to third parties and it would be very helpful to have a concept like that in the organizations
I would like to be able to create an org layout like
Company A is parent or controller of B and C
The idea being people in B and C could open ticket and only see things directly related to B or C but people in A should be able to see edit comment on everything in A, B and C.
Even going only one level deep for a hierarchy would be a giant improvement
